Biography

Mark Collins was born in 1972 and raised in Dublin. His father is Irish and his mother Hungarian. He studied philosophy in Trinity College Dublin and since then has worked in publishing.

He published the Temple Bar Review and has worked as a freelance writer. His work has appeared in The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, The Examiner, Ireland on Sunday and The Guardian. Stateless is his first novel. In 2008, it represented Ireland in the 8th Annual European First Novel Festival in Budapest, Hungary.

He lives in Dublin.
